The first round of Global Design Competition of Intelligent Life final was wrapped up
The first round of Global Design Competition of Intelligent Life final was started on May 17, 2020 via online devices. Seven Chinese experts, together with two foreign experts have evaluated works from the twelve participating teams for the first round of the final through online video communication platform.
The organizer invited Wu Heshuan, an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and also an expert in optical fiber transmission network and broadband information network, as the chairman of the evaluation committee, and another nine domestic and foreign experts experienced at architecture design and intelligent industry as reviewers who were responsible for evaluating during the first round.
The participating teams showed their solution and design paper through online meeting platform and made presentation with VR or video before experts scored based on competition rules after careful consideration and discussion.
The final result will be released after the second round of evaluation.

Mr. Wu, who used to be the vice principal and chief engineer of Telecommunications Technology Institute and deputy dean of Chinese Academy of Engineering, has taken part in technical management and consultation item of research on optical fiber transmission system and broadband network. He is now associate director of Advisory Committee for Promoting Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development, vice director of Advisory Committee for State Informatization, leader of the new broadband wireless mobile communication network program, director of CNGI expert committee, director of Advisory Committee for “Internet Plus” campaign, associate director of Advisory Committee for state strategic emerging industry and IEEE senior member.

Liu Yang Director of Expert Committee for Digital Economy Working Committee of China International Economic Cooperation Society, deputy dean of Government Management Institute of Beijing Normal University, director of Digital Economy and Fintech Laboratory and dean of China Block Chain and Industry Finance Institute.
Mr. Liu is in charge of over 200 think tank projects including urban governance, fintech, digital economy, smart city and industry finance that are launched by local government and national ministries such as National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Ministry of Civil Affairs, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Education and China Association for Science and Technology. He has published more than 400 papers and 10 monographs.

Ms. He has taken part in drafting for several national digital economy policy, including the Internet Plus campaign and Internet of Things Plan. Her major publications include The Intelligent Revolution and Intelligent Manufacturing, and she also contributed to the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Vigorously Advancing the "Internet Plus" Action and the Three-Year Action Plan Released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to Promote the Development of New-Generation Artificial Intelligence Industry.
Li Xiaoyu Deputy dean of China Cyberspace Research Institute, Central Cyberspace Administration of China, secretary-general of Cybersecurity Association of China, member and secretary-general of Advisory Committee for World Internet Congress.
Ms. Li took part in drafting China Internet Industry Self-Discipline Convention and China Internet Development Report (2002-2005), and was one of the organizers of the first four China Internet Congress. On the Wuzhen Summit of the third World Internet Congress, she released the 2016 World Internet Development Report in Wuzhen on behalf of the advisory committee at the closing ceremony.

She specializes in database and data warehouse, big data and knowledge engineering, artificial intelligence, software engineering, blockchain, smart city, smart health, digital library and research on key technologies of e-government. She is responsible for smart health in the 973 Program, the 863 Program, CNGI Program and National Science and Technology Support Program.
Wang Yi professor, associate of the dean and director in foreign affairs of the School of Architecture, Tsinghua University, and also national level registered architect.
Mr. Wang received his bachelor’s and master’s degree in the School of Architecture in Tsinghua University before getting his PhD in the University of Cambridge. He has launched several urban design and architecture design projects, and won national level prize, including the grand prize in celebration of 60th year birthday of PRC, which is the highest level prize of its kind, and also excellent architectural engineering design of Ministry of Education.
Li Chunqing deputy dean of School of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, deputy director of Basic Design Department.
Ms. Li mainly concentrates on architecture design education, architecture and its theories, landscape architecture and urban design. She was once rewarded with the Gold Award of Architecture Culture by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and also Residential Planning Award. Furthermore, she has published many publications and papers.
BERNARD SOULEZ founder and consultant of Tech4What, representative for International Smart City Intelligent Architecture Alliance.
Mr. Soulez is the vice president of France Economic and Social Development CEO Association and representative for International Smart City Intelligent Architecture Alliance who has been working on smart building and green city.
Ossian Heulin: consultant of MIT China Future City Lab, member of Shanghai Council of France Science and Innovation, leader of smart city group in France Dassault.
Mr. Heulin has double master’s degree who is the consultant for sale and industrial innovation in international smart city. He is the consultant of MIT China Future City Lab, member of Shanghai Council of France Science and Innovation and is responsible for smart city and business transformation in Dassault. He is also the innovative CEO of Planitworld.
